Born in Palma de Mallorca in 1990, Francisco took up the violin at four — and has never stopped chasing the light in the sound.
Trained at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid, The Juilliard School, and USC Thornton under Midori, he is the winner of four international violin competitions and an Avery Fisher Career Grant, hailed a “rising star” by BBC Music Magazine. He is Artist-in-Residence with the Grammy-winning ensemble Apollo’s Fire. His album Vivaldi: The Four Seasons debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts and was a Sunday Times Top Ten Album of the Year.
