About
Born in Palma de Mallorca in 1990, Francisco began the violin at four. He trained at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid, The Juilliard School, and USC Thornton — studying with Midori.
Winner of four international violin competitions and an Avery Fisher Career Grant, he was hailed a "rising star" by BBC Music Magazine. He is Artist-in-Residence with the Grammy-winning ensemble Apollo's Fire.
His album Vivaldi: The Four Seasons debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts and was a Sunday Times Top Ten Album of the Year. Francisco performs on a 1697 "Rainville" Stradivarius.
